eFoam-V series

The eFoam-V series are crosslinked polyolefin foam made by electron beam (EB) radiation without chemical cross-linker. These are closed-cell polyolefin foam products and can be supplied in rolls.

Specification range:
Density: 28~460kg/m3
Foam Expansion ratio: 2~35
Thickness: 0.8~12.7mm

Characteristics of the eFoam products:
1. Roll product with thickness 0.8~12.7mm (single layer), and up to 50mm(laminated layers)
2. Softer, better feel with better shock absorption material than eFoam W and I series
3. Non-slippery surface
4. Superior elongation (more than 500%) with better tensile strength and compression set
5. Better back glue characteristics
6. Superior thermal molding and vacuum thermal molding
7. Similar to rubber soft hand feel
8. Easier processing and more durable than rubber foam
9. Flame-retarded grade product (VN. meets the requirements of UL 94 HF-1 & FMVSS 302 )
10. Smooth surfaces with even and fine cell structure
11. Wide process temperature (-40℃~80℃)
12. High-performance heat isolation, thermal insulation material
13. Excellent impact sound insulation
14. Extremely low water absorption and moisture penetration rate
15. Good weatherability
16. Good chemical resistance
17. Non-toxic, no odor and no volatile organic compounds (VOC)
