eFoam from Mega Master Technology offers an environmentally-friendly material specifically designed for the vehicle industry. It is waterproof, provides heat and acoustic insulation and is effective over a high temperature range.

The eFoam series are cross-linked by electron beam (EB) radiation and produced without any chemical cross-linker such as DCP. There are negligible volatile organic compounds (VOC) ensuring there is no chemical odor detected in the car. It is a light weight and long lasting material making it perfect for vehicle applications.

Advantages:
These closed-cell polyolefin foam products can be supplied in sheets or rolls. It has a working temperature from -80℃~110℃ - up to 120℃ for special orders. The closed cell structure ensures extremely low water absorption and moisture penetration rates. The product has good weatherability, strong chemical resistance, and is suitable for thermal or vacuum thermal molding.
The product meets Taiwan’s EPA Eco Label Class 1 and complies with European Union (EU) RoHS requirements
The product meets the RoHS standard as a fire retardant material (UL94 HF-1, FMVSS 302)

Characteristics include：
Good acoustic and thermal insulation, energy saving properties, cold resistance combined with a Low Glass Transition Temperature (Tg), It is also hydrolysis-resistant, making it suitable for use in an extensive temperature range. It has excellent chemical resistance and a smooth fine surface. It is light-weight, shock-absorbent and ensures a soft cushion. The product allows non-glue adhesion to various synthetic fibers.
The foam is non-toxic, odorless with negligible volatile organic compounds

Use：
Our foam can be used in vehicle instrument panels, door panels, air ducts, pillar seals, sun visors, armrests and a host of other applications including use as a water shield and an acoustic shield. Even small things such as the driving mirror gasket.
